Cohaven has been engaged by Benetas to provide full quantity surveying services for the new Mooroolbark Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF). The three-storey, 100-bed development with a basement will deliver a modern, resident-focused environment that supports ageing in place while integrating sensitively within the surrounding residential streetscape along Hull Road. The facility will include accommodation areas, administration, clinical, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle services, supported by landscaped buffers to enhance privacy and amenity. Cohaven’s involvement includes cost planning, value management, and financial control to ensure the project achieves best-value outcomes and meets Benetas’ operational and care objectives.
