With over a decade of industry experience, Star has built a reputation for project diligence and cost accuracy. Whether it be the attention to detail she pays to her cost planning or her ability to deftly manage varying project stakeholders to ensure a project meets its end goals, Stars results speak for themselves. Her vast portfolio of projects delivered across the education, health, research, commercial and high end residential sectors, equips Star with the knowledge to identify and workshop potential project risks and avenues for value management, Co-leading Cohaven’s Asset Depreciation Division, Star is experienced in the requirements of Whole of Life costs and the development of asset management schedules. 

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Jing is an experienced well-rounded quantity surveyor with a complete repertoire covering cost planning, contract administration and asset management. Her skill sets have been developed through her diverse roles over her extensive career in the Victorian construction industry.  Her sector experience spans commercial and high-end retail, residential, complex healthcare and data centres. Co-leading Cohaven’s Asset Depreciation Division, Jing is a registered agent with the Australian Taxation Office to provide tax depreciation schedules for the built to rent market nationally.
