Dedicated to advancing food culture by blending sensory experience with food science, McCormick Technical Innovation Centre (TIC) embodies a global approach to culinary product development. Comprising of a suite of laboratories for flavour development, including Neutral, Sweet, Seasoning Blending and Application Laboratories, blending the sensory experience with food science.

The TIC design is centred around the Demonstration Kitchen inspired by Melbourne’s vibrant café scene, and Sensory & Consumer Science Room which investigates the impact of sight, smell and sound on taste.
